JumperTel announced the launch of the JumperPhone 100. Designed for the computer novice, all that users need to know is how to plug the phone into a USB port.
The JumperPhone100 USB phone is designed as simply the easiest, most affordable way to call anywhere in the world. Plug the phone into the USB port on your laptop or PC and the software guides you through the installation process with less than 5 clicks of a mouse. Dial the number of another JumperTel user and talk as much as you want, as long as you want, for just $12 per year. The phone is sleek, portable and totally dummy proof.
The JumperTel solution has stellar call clarity. The call sounds clear whether you’re using dial-up or a high speed broadband connection. The JumperPhone 100 is the ideal alternative for people who use international calling cards or Skype and want an easy way to stay in touch with family, friends or co-workers.
“We wanted to provide a solution that anyone and their grandmother could use,” said Dennis Barnum, COO of JumperTel. “Calling cards are troublesome with small print, the need to track amounts and minutes…and many find Skype is just too complex or intimidating. We remove all the complexity - just plug it in and dial.”
Price and Availability
JumperPhone 100 is available for $21.99 per phone, plus $1 per month for the phone service paid in advance. There is no limit to the number of phones to be purchased.
